"To ask the CEO to furnish an update on the Age Friendly Housing Developments at Fernwood Green and Maplewood Heights in Springfield. And will he confirm when he now expects the projects to be completed and ready for allocation?"

REPLY:

A new contractor for the Age Friendly Housing Developments at Fernwood Green and Maplewood Heights in Springfield has been appointed and is due to commence works on site in the coming weeks.

The AHB have advised theat the projected completions date for Maplewood is the end of April and Fernwood Green at the end of July 2023.
