"To ask the CEO to present an update on plans for a Library in City West?"

REPLY:

A request for tender in the form of a pre-qualification questionnaire was published on 1st September 2022 for Provision of a site and development of a new library for Citywest to include design and obtaining planning permission. The evaluation team is currently reviewing project cost estimates as per the 3-year capital programme. The next stage will be to invite qualifying tenderers to participate in a competitive dialogue process, which will be published in the coming weeks.
