MOTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

That the Manager Reports on the planning application submitted opposite the newly constructed Gaelscoil Knocklyon, specifically on the open green space used as parking for those construction workers. The understanding was that this open green space was under the charge and ownership of South Dublin County Council.

SD22A/0444 relates. Having regard to Circular Letter Circular Letter PL 02/2018, Part 3 planning application should not be discussed at Municipal District/Area Committee and/or Council meetings prior to the making of decisions on them and the participation of local authority officials in any such discussions is not appropriate in the circumstances
