"To ask the Manager to provide an update with respect to the disposal of the land/laneway which runs alongside Swiftbrook estate  to St Aidan's School Brookfield?

REPLY

A concept proposal for the construction of 11 units at Swiftbrook laneway was presented to the Tallaght Area Committee meeting on the 08^th December 2004. 

 

The Council are currently in discussions with the Diocesan Authorities to agree the land exchange required to facilitate the proposed scheme. Several meetings including a site visit have taken place with a view to progressing matters.  On receipt of Diocesan approval, the Part 8 process will be commenced.
