"Can the manager report on the turn around on vacant properties?"

REPLY:

To date in 2022, 152 vacant properties have been tenanted accross the County, with an average turnaround time of 28.4 weeks.  Allocations and Housing Maintenance sections, are reviewing current practices to identiy improvements in the turn around times for vacant properties.
