"What is the average waiting time for social housing in the Tallaght Area?"
REPLY:
The Council has two areas of preference for Social Housing applicants, North and South of the Naas Road. Specific data, in relation to Local Electoral Areas, will be available in Q1 2023 from the new integrated housing system. The data below shows the average waiting time (excluding transfers) for all allocations to date in 2022. This was presented to the Housing SPC meeting in September.
