That this committee agrees that the storage of industrial containers and machinery on land adjacent to Camac Valley Park is not an acceptable use of this land and calls upon the manager to oppose such use of this land and for planning enforcement to instruct the land owners to desist from such use.

REPORT:

A related planning enforcement file was recently opened. South Dublin County Council issued a related Warning Letter on 12/09/2022 under Section 152 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
