MOTION: Councillor P. Kearns

To ask the manager for an update on the laneway cleaning schedule in the Dublin 12/6W areas as I have recently received a number of requests in relation to their condition.

REPORT: 

The cleaning of the Dublin 12 laneways has commenced and is progressing well.  The laneways at the 14 locations listed below have been cleaned, the remaining laneways on the programme (approximately another 80 locations) will be cleaned before the end of the year.  Further progress reports will be made available to the local elected members as the programme progresses.
