QUESTION: Councillor L. Dunne

"To ask the Manager, when Corbally & Westbrook Estate, Citywest will be taken in Charge? It was stated last year that this would happen in 2022. Has this process commenced and when does the Council envision this to be completed?"

REPLY:

Most elements of the the Corbally Estate and Westbrook have been Taken in Charge in a previous Taking in Charge process.  The outstanding items which includes the Park open space, three cul-de-sacs and some boundary fencing and some tree planting are going to be completed in 2022.  The Taking in Charge of these final items will then follow at the end of 2022.
