"To ask the CEO to report on the work towards the allocation of the Age Friendly accommodation units at Fernwood and Maplewood in Springfield and in reporting will he also confirm when he now expects the developments to be completed and may we have a statement?"

REPLY:

Cluid Housing have advised the Council that the programme from their contractor for delivery of the Fernwood and Maplewood homes in Springfield will be phased. The 17 Maplewood homes are projected to be delivered first in August 2022 with the 23 Fernwood homes to be delivered in September 2022.

An assessment of all rightsizing transfer applications, private homeowners wishing to rightsize and medical and standard allocations is taking place and will include some properties being advertised on Choice Based Letting. Nominations will then be sent to Cluid.
