MOTION: Councillor William Joseph Carey

That this committee agrees that SDCC should replace the complete stretch of footpath outside of Sruleen primary school from entrance to end of boundary as a matter of urgency.

REPORT:

Approximately half footpath that runs alongside Sruleen Primary School on St. John's Drive is in charge of SDCC and the other area is private.

The location was examined and it was noted that the footpath is in good condition and would not require repair at this point in time
