To ask the Chief Executive for an update on progress with Planning Enforcement Case S8268 which concerns Unit 12 on Crag Avenue in Clondalkin?

This committee will be aware that activity at this location has been observed for a period of time.

The Counci is currently pursuing enforcement action under the Planning & Developnment Act 2000, as amended, for alleged unauthorised development and accordingly it is not possible to provide any further detail in relation to this file.
