T"o ask the Chief Executive for an update on the planning enforcement case that applies to lands at Boherboy in Saggart and is referred to in Question 2 of the January 2022 Clondalkin ACM?"

Further to our response to the question on 19^th January, the case is still under investigation and is currently with the Council’s Law Department. You will be kept up to date with any developments arising from this.
