QUESTION: Councillor David McManus

To ask the Chief Executive how much has been spent on the Grange Road cycle scheme, if this was within the original budget and detailed reasons for delay and estimated completion time?

REPLY:

 The Contractors tender price for the scheme is €2.32 million, any overruns due to a significant amount of existing and historical services has been allowed for in the orginal budget.

The project is approaching completion and has an expected completion date for end of May 2022.
