That this committee requests a report that looks at the average waiting time for individuals and families on the SDCC social housing list in the Lucan, Palmerstown North Clondalkin LEAs who are in need of either a 4,3,2,1 bed housing units over the last 3 years, and what the prospects are for these people, given the current and projected building programme in these LEAs.

The below table outlines the allocations report for individuals and families from the South Dublin County Council Housing in 2021. It is broken down by Local Electoral Area, bedroom size and average waiting times per electoral area.
