QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

To ask the CEO if he has had any recent contact in respect of the Tennis Courts at Kingswood Heights which were the subject of previous business at our meetings and will he make a statement?

REPLY:

The Council continues to receive contacts from residents in Kingswood, both those in favour of the refurbishment of the tennis courts and those in favour of pursuing the development of a larger scale sports facility.  As previously advised the Council only has funding allocated for the refurbishment of the tennis courts, and it is intended that these works will proceed in 2022.
