QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

To ask the CEO to confirm further actions he is taking in respect of issues raised with him by the Fettercairn Estate Management Committee and will he present an updated report?

REPLY:

The Estate Management Unit continues to meet with the Fettercairn Estate Management Committee remotely on a monthly basis. The most recent meeting was held on 9th December 2021 and all issues raised are currently being investigated.

The Committee is due to meet with colleagues from the Council's EWCC Department to discuss concerns about the recently installed gates at Butler Park.

Works to clean up dumping of illegal waste and graffiti in the area are due to commence shortly and Estate Management Officers recently provided materials to residents for a clean-up in the estate.

The Estate Management Unit is committed to supporting this committee on issues arising with regard to their estate.
