REPLY:

Enforcement Notices pursuant to Section 154 of the Planning and Development Acts, 2000 (as amended) issued to the owners of the above lands on 6th May 2021. Investigations are ongoing and following the expiration date of the Enforcement Notice, the Management Team of the Planning Enforcement Unit are in consultation with our legal team to consider legal proceedings.
