Is there any update on the ownership of the strip of land between the Scholarstown Wood estate and the Ballyboden Reservoir ?

REPLY:

Ballyboden Reservoir is an Irish Water reservoir and is operated by Dublin City Council under SLA with Irish Water.  The land at the reservoir site belonged to Dublin City Council before the set up of Irish Water, and it is understood that the reservoir lands are in process of being transferred from Dublin City Council to Irish Water.
