'To ask the Manager what is the current average waiting time for a 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed in the Tallaght area, can this be broken down into the current wait time for both the Tallaght South & Tallaght Central Area?'
REPLY:
The Council has two areas of preference, North and South of the Naas Road. The table below gives a breakdown of all allocations, up to end of November, as presented to the Housing SPC. The average waiting time, for those housed, is an overall figure. A breakdown into LEA area will be possible once further reporting is available from the new Integrated Housing System.
