'To ask the Manager will broken heating systems be prioritized over the Xmas period both for opening hours & out of hours & how long should a tenant have to wait over this period for a call to their home to have the issue rectified?'

Detailed below are the Christmas /New Year Arrangements for Heating Repair requests for 2021/2022:

• Tuesday 24th December, Business as usual
• Saturday 25th December, Sunday 26th December, Monday 27th December- Emergency Heating Water Leaks only
• Tuesday 28th December, Wednesday 29th December, Thursday 30th December, Friday 31st December – Heating Repairs
• Saturday 1st January - Monday 3rd January 2021- Emergency Heating Water Leaks only
• Tuesday 4th January 2021, Business as usual
