Caithaoirleach's Business

That the Chief Executive Officer give a report on the draft National Transport Strategy 2022 to 2042 and whether the Council or a Committee of the Council, including an Area Committee, can make a submission during the public consultation, and how this can be facilitated in time for the deadline for submissions

REPORT:

Closing Date for Submissions is Friday 17th December 2021.

SDCC will make a multidisciplinary submission on the Draft Plan.

SDCC will discuss the Draft GDA Plan at LUPT SPC.

I attach a synopsis of the GDA Transport Strategy current status to be presented at the ACM.
