QUESTION: Councillor Alan Hayes

To ask the Manager for an update on engagement had with Ballyfermot Gardai regarding concerns raised by Gardai with the area bordering Glenaulin Park and California Hills.

REPLY:

A site meeting was held with An Garda Síochána (AGS) in Glenaulin Park where an area bordering California Hills was identified by AGS as a location for anti-social activities.  In agreement with AGS, the Public Realm Section are arranging to have this area cleaned up to make it less attractive in an effort to deter the activities that are currently taking place.
