MOTION: Councillor S. O'Hara

"That this Area Committee acknowledges the antisocial behaviour in the playground at Aylmer Heath and asks the Housing Department’s Estate Management Team to report on what can be done to alleviate this issue and support residents who are impacted by this."

REPORT:

The Council has not received any reports of anti-social behaviour in relation to this matter.

There are a small number of social housing units at this location which are managed and/or owned by Approved Housing Bodies.

Anti-social behaviour issues in relation to tenants from these properties should be reported to the relevant Approved Housing Body for further investigation.
