"To ask the manager what is the average waiting time for people on the housing transfer list in Tallaght?".

REPLY:

The Council operates two areas of preference, North and South of the Naas Road, for tenants wishing to transfer to another property.

There are currently 309 applicants on the transfer list who have a preference for South of the Naas Road, which would include Tallaght.

The average waiting time for these applications is listed below in years:
