"To ask the Manager to have examined the uncompleted footpath (which also appears to be used for vehicular access/egress between the Old Belgard Road & The View, Belgard Heights, was such work done by South Dublin County Council or a contractor contracted by South Dublin County Council and will the Manager make a statement on the issues raised within this question?"

This location has been examined and the matter is being referred to the Parks Department as it is understood that they arranged for the works to be undertaken.
