"To ask the manager to ensure as a matter of priority that the road surface in Hazelbrook Park, Balrothery is completed in view of the fact it is over a decade since the developer of the estate went bankrupt and the street surface remains incomplete and will he make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

It is acknowledged that a section of road is in poor condition and repairs will be arranged.
