MOTION: Councillor L. Dunne

This Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to cut back the tree's on Sundale Close until such a time that the trees can be removed and replaced with more suitable trees for a housing estate.

REPORT:

The trees on Sundale Close were visually inspected and have been recommended for survey. This area is not on the current tree maintenance programme, however the trees would benefit from maintenance and will be listed.
