That an SLO is incorporated in the plan for a permanent home for Esker Boxing Club

REPORT:

This motion proposes to insert an SLO for a permanent home for Esker Boxing Club.

It is submitted that the Community Dept facilitates the above. However, it has been established that Esker Amateur Boxing Club have been granted Planning Permission to develop a boxing club on a site under SD17A/0083 at Mount Bellow Way, Lucan, and that therefore, it is beyond the remit of the Development Plan to ensure the grant of permission is developed.

On that basis, an SLO is not deemed necessary.

Recommendation

It is recommended that this motion is not adopted.
