MOTION: Councillor T. Costello

To ask the manager can a date be put in the diary as previously discussed with councillors for a site meeting in the 30 Acres to discuss issues and identify solutions

REPORT:

It is proposed to hold a site meeting at Bancroft Park during the current week.  One of the following dates and times is proposed for the meeting - Wednesday June 30th any time after 11am, or Friday July 2nd at any time during the day.  An email in this regard has been issued today to the Tallaght Central elected members.  Contact is also being made today with the local residents group and with the schools regarding the proposed meeting arrangements.
