The content of the motion is noted. In the context of the Chapter and the purpose of the setting out policy and objectives and strategic direction for the development of schools it is not recommended that the full list of permissions, as outlined above, is included within the Chapter. The permissions list is taken at a point in time and forms part of the baseline information for Section 13.11 Monitoring outlined under Chapter 13 Implementation and Monitoring. However, their inclusion in the Development Plan which is a forward looking document covering the years 2022-2028, would not be appropriate as these lists will be constantly changing and as a point in time will be outdated.

It is recommended that the motion is not adopted.
