QUESTION: Councillor K. Warren

“To ask the Manager what plans, if any, the Council have to turn the square green at Verschoyle Heights, into a proper roundabout with right of way signs, as the lack of such signage is currently causing much confusion and many near accidents and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

REPLY :

Verschoyle Estate has not been taken in charge and accordingly the Council has no responsibility in this matter.

The square green at Verschoyle Heights has been referred to the Traffic Department for their assessment. The Developer will be appraised of their recommendations and these will be incorporated into the Taking in Charge process.
