“To ask the Manager if he would agree to establish a ramp at *details supplied, as a means of helping wheelchair users in the immediate area access all parts of this Estate, if he can confirm that the land in question falls within the responsibility of South Dublin County Council, and not the developer in question, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

This estate has yet to be taken in charge. The developer has been requested to install a ramp as part of the taking -in-charge process.
