To ask the Chief Executive to detail the schedules being followed in respect of the social housing site Homeville following delays occasioned by the lockdown restrictions

REPLY:

The contractor Forrme Construction Limited, who were appointed on the Homeville housing project, resumed on site on the 12th of April 2021. The scheme will deliver a total of 16 new homes and is programmed for completion in Q2. 2022.
