QUESTION: Councillor B. Lawlor
To ask the Chief Executive to remove grass, which has overgrown onto the tarmac path.The pathway is now only half of its original diameter. Location supplied. The pathway as you enter Doddervallry park at Mount Carmel estate just in side the barrier.
REPLY:
This matter will be examined and measures will be taken where necessary to cut back grass encroachment from footpaths. It is considered essential to maintain the full footpath width, to enable walkers to pass eachother safely and thereby observe the public health guideline of 2 metres social distance at all times.
