To ask the Manager how many social housing units there are in the RTFB Area and how many applications to downsize have been received in relation to same.

There are 9 currently transfer applications for downsizing in the RTFB area

The breakdown is as follows:

It is not possible at present to break the Social Housing stock figures down into Local Electoral Area, however this will be feasible following the introduction of the new Integrated Housing System and will be provided going forward.
