"To ask the Manager if there are any grants for private households to insulate their attic and will he make a statement on the issue?"

REPLY:

Energy Action Ltd is a registered charity with offices at Unit 14 IDA Centre Newmarket , Dublin 8 that is funded by Sustainable Energy Ireland.

They are concerned with the provision of attic insulation for certain categories of PRIVATE householders on low incomes.

Priority (as determined by them) is given to senior citizens, persons with a disability and most recipients of social welfare payments.
