Page 26 Population Growth and Housing Bullet point 2 amend as follows Ensure the draft Plan is informed by a planning and infrastructural assessment in line with the provisions of Appendix 3 of the NPF and promote plan & design the phasing of new development alongside the delivery of required infrastructure to create sustainable communities. 

REPORT:

It is proposed to change the wording of the CE Strategic Recommendation, Page 26 Population Growth and Housing Bullet point 2 from: 

Ensure the draft Plan is informed by a planning and infrastructural assessment in line with the provisions of Appendix 3 of the NPF and promote the phasing of new development alongside the delivery of required infrastructure to create sustainable communities.

Recommendation:

It is recommended that this motion is adopted.
