That the Plan prioritise serviced or serviceable brownfield sites over infill in green spaces in existing areas.

REPORT:

Focusing on brownfield serviced or serviceable land over greenfield is a key focus of the National and Regional Planning Policy.

Recommendation:

It is recommended that this motion is adopted.
