That the draft County Development Plan prioritises the construction of social and affordable housing on public land.

REPORT:

This Motion aligns with National and Regional Planning Policy to develop on public land, especially when this achieves compact growth targets.  

Recommendation:

It is recommended that the Motion be adopted.
