MOTION: Councillor E. Murphy

The County Development Plan 2022-28 will seek to ensure that all new residential developments will be built in parallel with the provision of economic, social and community infrastructure.

REPORT:

The provision of infrastructure is an important part of the delivery of sustainable communities and successful urban areas. South Dublin County Council will continue to support the delivery of required infrastructure through a range of plans and programmes including the County Development Plan. 

Recommendation:

It is recommended that this motion be adopted.
