MOTION NO. 15

MOTION: Councillor E. O'Brien

This Council agrees that it will be a core aim of this County Development Plan to seek to ensure that new residential developments will be built in parallel with the provision of economic, social and community infrastructure.

REPORT:

The provision of infrastructure is an important part of the delivery of sustainable communities and successful urban areas. South Dublin County Council will continue to support the delivery of required infrastructure through a range of plans and programmes including the County Development Plan. 

Recommendation:

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
