Overarching : Promote quality of life for all generations through the creation of healthy and attractive places to live, work, visit, invest and study in, as an overarching consideration in the preparation of the Draft Plan. * amend to say "creation of additional and enhancement of existing healthy and attractive places to live, work, visit, invest and study in as an overarching consideration in the preparation of the draft plan".

REPORT:

The content of the motion is consistent with the Overarching Policy Recommendations for the Draft Development Plan.

Recommendation:

It is recommended that the motion is adopted.
