Properties ready for allocation are in the process of being tenanted through CBL and other allocations processes and are generally due to be occupied imminently. Properties with "works ongoing" or "tender process" status are at various stages of completion or procurement, depending on the nature and level of works required, and are scheduled to to the allocation process later this month or as early as possible in 2021.
