MOTION: Councillor Alan Edge

That the Chief Executive agrees that the hedges on Ballymorefinn Road Lower will continue to be maintained by Roads Maintenance and that cutting take place before the end of the season.

REPORT:

The cutting of hedges is the responsibility of the landowner. Road Maintenance cuts the hedge when it affects road safety. This takes place once a year.

The budget does not allow for a continuous cutting of the hedges.
