QUESTION NO.17
QUESTION: Councillor M. Duff
"Given the restrictions on outside gatherings, due to COVID, are there any plans to have a Christmas Tree in Library Square again this year and would the Manager indicate if there are any plans to erect Christmas Lights in Tallaght Village as a gesture of hope for our Community of Tallaght?"
REPLY:
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Council will be placing Christmas trees as usual outside both County Hall in Tallaght and the Civic Offices in Clondalkin.
There are no plans for the Council to erect Christmas lights in villages in the County, including Tallaght.
