QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the Chief Executive to present an update on plans for the approved Housing Development at Brady's Field, Old Bawn Road; will he confirm the schedule being followed and give assurances that he is giving consideration to views expressed by the community and also by Tymon Bawn FC and will he make a statement?"

REPLY:

The Council  has recently appointed an architect with a structural engineer and quantity surveyor to be appointed by the end of November.  The full design team will then progress the design to tender.  It is anticipated that the project will be tendered in Quarter 1. 2021.  The views expressed by the community and by Tymon Bawn FC during the Part 8 consultation processs will be further considered.
