MOTION NO. 19

MOTION: Councillor Yvonne Collins

That this committee writes to the Minister for Education highlighting the need for urgent resources and supports for the Firhouse Eductate Together National School, specifically the need for SNAs & SET's as the current allocation is completely inadequate. Children with additional needs have struggled badly with lockdown, Covid restrictions, and the return to school, and proper resources and supports are required as a matter of urgency.
