MOTION NO. 11

MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

That the Manager responsible provides an update on (a) the proposal to install a 3.5T limit on the roads between the Oval and Wheatfield Road and (b) the operation of the current 7,5T limit on Kennelsfort Road.

REPORT:

The Council's Roads Department have written to Dublin Castle in respect of the Oval Cell (Chief Superintendent Traffic) and have yet to receive a reply.

The Council's Traffic Section  will carry out a Traffic Survey of Kennelsfort Road and present the results in due course to the Members subject to resources being available.
