MOTION NO.5

MOTION: Councillor E. Murphy

That this Area Committee addresses the issues of antisocial behaviour and criminal damage at the derelict site on the Oldcourt Road next to Dodderbrook estate. The overgrowth of trees and bushes are which are providing an outlet for congregation.

 

REPORT:

The Council is aware that there are reports of anti-social and criminal behaviour at a privately owned site at this location that is currently under development; such matters should be reported to An Garda Síochana for investigation as the appropriate enforcement authority.
